The second week in July resulted in almost the same amount of total patents issued as July 3, 2012. The first half of the categories list was also just like last week. However, the second half held a new line up including two new categories Performing Operations; Transporting - Vehicles In General and Electricity - Basic Electronic Circuitry.
The top 10 assignees list was also mostly comprised of last week?s entrants, with the exception of two new corporations Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and Fujitsu Limited. The top 10 inventors list was the only one of the three with a completely new line up. The top inventor John Browder was issued an impressive 10 patents, however this week?s list of inventors secured fewer patents overall.
